Our mission is to uplift lives through inclusive development by creating self-employment opportunities, promoting social awareness, and building entrepreneurial capacities across all levels of society.
So, what is an (IBP) Independent Business Partner’s role going to be ?
Role of an Individual Business Partner (IBP)An Individual Business Partner (IBP) acts as the local pillar of SPACE’s strategic outreach, playing a crucial role in enabling grassroots entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. The IBP is entrusted with three primary responsibilities:
- Awareness & Communication of Government Schemes: Serve as the key communicator between the local community and relevant bodies. Promote awareness of government schemes and entrepreneurship programs initiated by both the ruling party and government agencies. Act as a liaison to ensure accurate and timely information reaches potential beneficiaries.
- Training & Entrepreneurial Support: Conduct and coordinate local training sessions to equip individuals with the skills needed to start and sustain a business. Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs. Assist in identifying suitable business models and help prepare project plans.
- Loan Facilitation & Financial Assistance: Support entrepreneurs in understanding and applying for financial schemes such as the PMEGP (Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program) or similar government-backed loans. Help in preparing the necessary documentation and following up with government departments or banks. Ensure transparency and handholding through the loan application and disbursal process.
