- Deliver service and product-based training across various sectors and regions.
- Support the development of both entrepreneurs and consumers through strong cooperation.
- Establish MSME units in remote areas of Odisha to stimulate localized economic growth.
- Act as a socio-economic catalyst by generating economic opportunities for the betterment of society.
- Contribute to India’s goal of becoming the 3rd largest global economy by 2029 through grassroots empowerment at various levels.
- Address unemployment by promoting self-employment and equipping individuals with the tools, skills, and ethical guidance to succeed.
- Educate and empower communities to adopt sustainable and moral business practices that promote inclusive and long-lastingdevelopment.
So, how can we Achieve Our Goal ?
Through the IBP (Individual Business Partner) model.
So, Now What is IBP (Individual Business Partner) model ? And how does it work ?
- Local Empowerment & Economic Growth: Our core strategy is to empower a maximum number of local individuals each year by engaging them as Independent Business Partners (IBPs). These partners operate at the grassroots level, especially in remote areas, to establish and expand economic activity within their communities.
- Skill Development & Support Systems: We strategically focus on identifying and supporting individuals who aspire to create meaningful change in their lives. By providing regular training, mentorship, and necessary back-ups, we ensure they are well-equipped to succeed as IBPs.
- Innovation-Driven Business Practices: SPACE drives innovation by implementing advanced business strategies and policies through IBPs. Training modules and review systems are designed to keep our partners vigilant, proficient, and forward-thinking. Our approach encourages knowledge-based, innovative projects throughout Odisha.
- Single-Window Local Solutions: Our IBP strategy enables the delivery of efficient, local solutions through a unified single-window service system. This model ensures that dedicated teams are always accessible and responsive to community needs on a day-to-day basis.
- Transparency and Economic Inclusion: We are committed to building a transparent, accountable ecosystem for our clients and IBPs. By upholding clarity and consistency in operations, we aim to create a more economically inclusive society that benefits allstakeholders.

Entrepreneur Awareness Program (EAP)
The Entrepreneur Awareness Program (EAP) is a strategic outreach initiative designed to educate, inform, and inspire individuals at the grassroots level about various government-supported entrepreneurship schemes—particularly those related to self-employment and small business development, such as PMEGP (Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program) and schemes under KVIC (Khadi and Village Industries Commission).
